POSTERS

Preparation of Posters

The space available for each poster would be 90 cm width and 100 cm height. Each poster will be allocated a number, which will be marked on the top of the poster board by the organizers.

Each poster should include the following information and sections:

  • Title, authors and affiliations: The poster should indicate its title, authors (underline the name of the presenting author and include his/her email id) and their affiliations.
  • Introduction/Background: Briefly explain the research context and objectives.
  • Results: Present the key findings using clear text, figures, tables, or charts.
  • Conclusions: Summarise the main outcomes and implications of the research.
  • Acknowledgements: Include acknowledgements, if applicable.

Poster Display Schedule

Poster Installation

08:00–09:00 h

Posters must be displayed in the morning.
Poster Evaluation Sessions

13:00–15:00 h on Days 2 and 3

Evaluators will visit the posters. The presenting authors should be present near their posters during the poster session.
Poster Removal

After 17:00 h on the same day

Posters should be taken down after 17:00 h on the day of display.

The poster schedule will be announced in advance and arranged according to subject areas. Presenting authors are required to remain near their posters during the designated evaluation session.
